How to book?

Follow these easy steps

Contact Me

Fill in the contact form to get started.

I offer a free 10–15 minute call to answer your questions and see if I’m the right fit for you and your pet.

If you’d like, we can book your first appointment during the call — or you can skip straight to booking using the form.

1.

Before We Meet

After you receive my email:

  • Pick a time for your first appointment (Mon–Wed evenings or Saturdays).

  • Complete the behaviour questionnaire.

  • Ask your vet to complete a referral form with your pet’s medical history.

I’ll review all documents beforehand so we can get started right away.

2.

Consultation

We’ll explore your pet’s behaviour together.

We will talk through what’s happening, address any questions you have, and design a behaviour plan tailored to your pet’s needs.

Within one week, you will receive a written report, with any supporting materials (handouts, videos, links, etc.)

I will also update your vet about my assessment and agreed plan, and will discuss any further steps.

3.

Afterwards

We’ll stay in touch, and you can access as much or as little support as you need.

I’ll remind you to schedule two follow-up sessions (in-person or remotely) within three months of our initial consultation.

We will review your progress, fine-tune your pet’s behaviour plan, and ensure you’re receiving the best support possible.

But don’t worry, I’m also available outside of these appointments to answer any burning questions or concerns.
